LMS announces management changes - New Direction

TORONTO, Jan. 26 /CNW/ - LMS Medical Systems Inc., today announced that William Horn, Emily Hamilton and Harry Hohn, being all the directors of LMS, have resigned as directors. Cameron Prange, Yves Grou and Solomon Bierbrier have been appointed in their place.

Mr. Horn has also resigned as interim Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr Grou, having been previously replaced by Mr. Horn, has agreed to resume these responsibilities.

It is the intention of the Company to bring all continuous disclosure filings up to date and hold a shareholder meeting in due course. Further updates will be provided as the Company's reactivation plan unfolds.
