LAURENTIAN BANK CHANGES ITS MORTGAGE RATES

MONTREAL, Aug. 23 /CNW Telbec/ - Laurentian Bank has changed its mortgage rates. The changes are as follows:

Fixed Rate Special offer :
5 Years (fixed/closed)	from	4.09%	to	3.99%	-0.10%

These new mortgage rates will be effective as of August 21, 2010.
