SIRIUS Canada offers English and French channels dedicated to South by
Southwest (SXSW) festival in Austin, TexasTORONTO, March 17 /CNW/ - SIRIUS Canada, the country's leading satellite
radio company, today announced it will dedicate two channels - in both English
and French - to exclusive live coverage of the South by Southwest (SXSW) music
festival in Austin, Texas.
Beginning Wednesday March 18th, through to Saturday March 21st, SIRIUS'
English language CBC Radio 3 channel 86 and French language Bande A Part
channel 87 will broadcast live from SXSW. Programming will feature live
coverage of exclusive concerts featuring Canadian artists, in-depth interviews
with Canadian musicians and breaking news as on-air hosts chronicle Canadian
indie music's annual pilgrimage to SXSW.
