HANK ('A')
----------
Executive produced by and starring Kelsey Grammer (FRASIER), Hank Pryor
(Grammer) is an industry titan who suddenly finds himself out of work,
almost out of money and around a wife and kids for whom he's never made
much time. Hank moves the family back to River Bend, Virginia, the
small-town site of his first business success, fancying himself a
corporate phoenix who will rise from the ashes. But living in a smaller
house, in a smaller town, in a smaller, well, life, isn't what Hank
thought it would be. Hank's wife Tilly (Melinda McGraw, MAD MEN) expects
Hank to put aside his all-business attitude and become an actual part of
the family - to be a real father to his opinionated 15-year-old daughter
and odd 10-year-old son. Complicating matters is the presence of Tilly's
brother, Grady (David Koechner, Get Smart), who has always envied Hank's
success and is now delighted to be around him in his darkest hour.
Despite his recent setbacks, however, Hank is confident he's on the road
back to the top.

THE MIDDLE ('A')
----------------
This timely comedy explores the challenges and triumphs of trying to
raise a family in today's difficult economic climate. Frankie Heck
(multiple Emmy Award-winning Patricia Heaton, EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND) is
a superhero. Well, no, not an actual superhero - but it sometimes seems
that way, as getting her kids Axl (Charlie McDermott), Sue (Eden Sher,
SONS AND DAUGHTERS) and Brick (Atticus Shaffer) out the door for school
every morning is a surely a super-heroic act. Middle aged, middle class
and living in the middle of the country, this harried wife and working
mother of three uses her wry wit and sense of humour to try to get her
family through each day intact. Frankie has a job (not a career) selling
cars at the town's only surviving car dealer; her husband, Mike
(Neil Flynn, SCRUBS), is a manager at the local quarry. In between
juggling shifts and picking up fast food dinners eaten in front of the
TV, Frankie and Mike raise their kids with love and solid Midwestern
practicality.
Cast: Multiple Emmy Award-winner Patricia Heaton (EVERYBODY LOVES
RAYMOND) as Frankie; Neil Flynn (SCRUBS) as Mike; Eden Sher (SONS AND
DAUGHTERS) as Sue; Atticus Shaffer as Brick; Charlie McDermott as Axl.

with her Aunt Jenna (Sara Canning), Elena tries her best to look after
her troubled younger brother, Jeremy (Steven R. McQueen, EVERWOOD), and
salvage what family they have left. The first day is already shaping up
to be a struggle for Elena until she meets the mysterious new kid at
school, Stefan (Paul Wesley, AMERICAN DREAMS). What Elena doesn't know is
that Stefan is a vampire, constantly resisting the urge to taste her
blood. As their undeniable connection grows deeper, Stefan's dangerous
older brother, Damon (Ian Somerhalder, LOST), shows up to wreak havoc on
the town of Mystic Falls - and claim Elena for himself.

THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE ('A')
------------------------
From the cutting-edge network that brought us GOSSIP GIRL and executive
producer Ashton Kutcher comes a new fashionable drama that explores the
catwalks and catfights that come with fleeting fame. Two teenaged models
are about to discover the cut-throat world of high fashion for themselves
- Raina Collins (Sara Paxton, SUMMERLAND), a stunning beauty with a
secret past, and Chris Andrews (Ben Hollingsworth), a strikingly handsome
Iowa farm boy. When Raina makes an unforgettable impression at a show
introducing the new line from designer Zac Posen, she steals the
spotlight from her friend Sonja (Mischa Barton, THE O.C.) who is
desperate to reclaim her standing as the reigning supermodel after being
out of the country for mysterious reasons. Sonja keeps the reasons for
her disappearance from the other models and agent Claudia (Elle
Macpherson, FRIENDS), who was left to cover for her while she was away.
While Raina and Sonja live at the top of the fashion food chain, Chris is
starting at the bottom. Raina brings Chris to the "models' residence"
where she lives along with other young hopefuls, including Marissa
Delfina (Ashley Madekwe), Issac (Corbin Bleu, High School Musical) and
