portfolio management changes to 13 investment mandates in its customized
managed portfolio solutions.
"These appointments result from our ongoing review and monitoring of our
programs and the portfolio managers and ensure that our investment mandates
continue to offer top-quality, proven managers and a diverse mix of investment

The manager changes, described below, are scheduled to take effect on
March 1, 2009, in the case of AllianceBernstein L.P., and on April 1, 2009 for
