    TORONTO, July 5 /CNW Telbec/ - Grey Island Systems International Inc.
(the "Corporation") TSX-V: GIS announces that the Corporation has granted to
its directors and an officer options to purchase in the aggregate total of
880,000 Common Shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.50 per
share which options will expire on June 30, 2012.
