Union and management warn of crisis in children's services

QUEEN'S PARK, Nov. 16 /CNW/ - A joint news conference tomorrow at Queen's Park will announce a province-wide "Blue Ribbon" campaign on November 20, National Day of the Child, warning of impending disaster as vital children's services consider lay-offs and filing bankruptcy due to the lack of provincial government support.
