TORONTO, Nov. 20 /CNW/ - Mantis Mineral Corp ('Mantis'--CNSX 'MYN') is pleased to announce that it has entered into a one year fiscal consulting agreement with Downshire Capital Inc.('Downshire').

Downshire will be paid a work fee of $90,000 paid in kind through the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares of Mantis, subject to regulatory approval and a four month regulatory hold period from date of issue.
