O'Leary Funds Management LP Announces Postponement of Special Meetings for Unitholders and Warrantholders of O'Leary Global Equity Income Fund

TORONTO, Nov. 24 /CNW/ - O'Leary Funds Management LP ("O'Leary"), the manager and trustee of O'Leary Global Equity Income Fund (TSX: OGE.un/OGE.wt) (the "Fund") is announcing it has decided to postpone the proposed special meetings of the unitholders and warrantholders of the Fund to reorganize the Fund into an open-ended mutual fund.

In response to feedback O'Leary obtained from various stakeholders, it was decided that postponing the proposed meetings would be the most beneficial course of action for unitholders and warrantholders of the Fund. Depending on market conditions, O'Leary may propose holding meetings with respect to a reorganization of the Fund into an open-end mutual fund following the expiry of the outstanding warrants on December 31, 2010.
