ECE program offers implementation lessons for Ontario's new full day
    learning plan

TORONTO, Nov. 24 /CNW/ - Research findings from the first nine years of Toronto First Duty, the program template for Ontario's recently announced full day early learning initiative, will be released at a briefing on Thursday, November 26, 2009.

Principal researcher Carl Corter will link the key research lessons from Toronto First Duty with the Ontario government's plan to implement full day early learning for children throughout the province.
