YOW Capital Corp. announces change of name to "Caribou Copper Resources Ltd."

OTTAWA, Sept. 16 /CNW Telbec/ - YOW Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has changed its name to "Caribou Copper Resources Ltd." This change was approved by the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") on September 14, 2009 and was made in connection with the previously announced completion of the Corporation's qualifying transaction (the "Qualifying Transaction") pursuant to the policies of the Exchange. In connection with the name change, the Corporation has received a new symbol for the trading of its common shares on the Exchange - "CKR". The common shares of the Corporation began trading under its new symbol.
