Fralex announces the listing of its common shares on the NEX board of the TSX Venture Exchange

    TORONTO, April 17 /CNW/ - Fralex Therapeutics Inc. (NEX: FXI.H)
("Fralex") announces that its common shares commenced trading on the NEX board
of the TSX Venture Exchange under a new trading symbol "FXI.H", effective at
the NEX market opening today. Unable to meet the continued listing
requirements of the TSX, Fralex's common shares were delisted from the TSX at
the close of business on April 16, 2009, at the request of Fralex.
