Composite") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Dennis Collins as
the new President for Wood Composite's operating subsidiaries, Millennium
Decking Inc. ("Millennium Decking") and Millennium Decking (USA) Inc.
("Millennium Decking USA"). Mr. Collins, who was originally hired as VP Sales
of Millennium Decking in November of 2006, will continue to be based in the
United States and focused on promoting sales growth in the United States in
addition to an expanded role in Canada with Millennium Decking. John
Greenwood, who will continue in his role as Chief Executive Officer with both
Millennium Decking and Millennium Decking USA, commented that "on behalf of
