subsidiary of the Company, has received a ruling of the Minister of Municipal
Affairs and Housing for the Province of Ontario for its product, the
Millennium Decking System(TM). The Minister's ruling, issued as Minister's
Ruling No. 08-12-197 (13200-R), provides confirmation to consumers, regulatory
authorities, architects, engineers, specification writers and others in the
Province of Ontario that the Millennium Decking System(TM) conforms to the
Ontario Building Code. The previously issued Canadian Construction Materials
Centre (CCMC) evaluation report for the Millennium Decking System(TM) (CCMC
evaluation report 13200-R issued July 21, 2005 and re-evaluated April 4, 2008)
provides similar confirmation regarding the National Building Code of Canada
(NBC) 2005. Together, the Minister's ruling and the CCMC evaluation report
provide confirmation of building code compliance for the Millennium Decking
System(TM) across Canada.
