New exhibit at Ontario Science Centre allows guests to use Emoti-Chair to
see, hear and feelTORONTO, Oct. 6 /CNW/ -WHAT: The Centre for Learning Technologies at Ryerson University
in collaboration with SMART (Science of Music, Auditory
Research and Technology) Lab, proudly present the Emoti-
Chair now on exhibit at the Ontario Science Centre. Through
the Alternative Sensory Information Display (ASID) project,
a cross-modal audio-tactile display chair allows the Deaf to
feel the vibrations of music, sound and video.
