pleased to announce that it has completed its mandate, on behalf of Multivesco
Property Group, acting as their advisors in the sale of two multi-residential
portfolios totaling 872 suites. The buildings are located at 2, 4, 6, 8 and
10 Radisson Street, 15 Bériault Street and 65 & 71 Fournier Boulevard in
Gatineau, Québec.
The transaction, which is one of Gatineau's most significant transactions
in recent history, was completed by Primecorp Québec Commerciale's
Multi-Residential Team led by Jean-Marc Veilleux, managing broker of
Primecorp's Québec operations. The project, which consists of five 8-storey
and three 5-storey apartment buildings containing 872 suites, was purchased
for a price of $66.9 Million by Oxford Properties Group Inc.
This transaction exhibits Primecorp's continued leadership in the
brokerage of sophisticated multi-residential transactions in the Canadian Real
