MONTREAL, May 29 /CNW Telbec/ - Mr. Normand Legault, Chairman and CEO of
the Canadian Grand Prix, invites the media to attend the official opening of
the new international press centre and paddock installations at the Circuit
Gilles-Villeneuve, Saturday, May 31, at 1:00 pm.
Following a visit to the new facilities, a press conference will take
place in the presence of the Honourable Michael M. Fortier, Minister of Public
Works and Government Services Canada and Minister responsible for Greater
Montreal, the Honourable Jean-Pierre Blackburn, Minister of the Economic
Development Agency of Canada, Mr. Raymond Bachand, Minister of Economic
Development, Innovation and Export Trade, Mr. Gérald Tremblay, Mayor of
Montréal, and Mr. John Dunn, executive vice-president of Tourism Montreal.
Members of the media are asked to present themselves behind the control
tower at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve, located near the starting line of the
