CALGARY, Aug. 16 /CNW/ - illumiCell Corporation, a Calgary-based provider
of multimedia local search services, today announced its name change to
Multiplied Media Corporation. Effective immediately, the Company is trading
under the symbol TSX-V: MMC.
The Company's name change better reflects the scope of Poynt, their
multimedia local search service. The name change was approved by a unanimous
shareholder vote at the Annual and Special General Meeting held June 28, 2007.
