MFDA announces date for settlement hearing in the matter of Menashe Keshet
TORONTO, Aug. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - The Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of Menashe Keshet by Notice of Settlement Hearing dated June 4, 2014.
The settlement hearing, originally scheduled to take place on July 16, 2014 in Toronto, Ontario, will now take place on August 21, 2014, commencing at 1:00 p.m. (Eastern), or as soon thereafter as the hearing can be held, in the MFDA hearing room, located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The hearing will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.
A copy of the Notice of Settlement Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca. During the period described in the Notice of Settlement Hearing, the Respondent carried on business in North York, Ontario.
