Homburg International Group announces the settlement of outstanding matters with 1810040 Alberta Ltd. (formerly Homburg Invest Inc.)

HALIFAX, July 8, 2014 /CNW/ - Richard Homburg, Chairman, and Jamie Wentzell, CEO, of Homburg International Group announced today that Homburg International Limited, Citadel Holdings Inc. (formerly Homburg Canada Inc.) and other related entities (collectively, the "Homburg International Group") have entered into a settlement agreement (the "Settlement Agreement") with 1810040 Alberta Ltd. (formerly Homburg Invest Inc.). The Settlement Agreement was approved by the Québec Superior Court (Commercial Division) on June 4, 2014, and provides for the settlement of all outstanding disputes and disagreements between the Homburg International Group and 1810040 Alberta Ltd.
