Reference is made to the announcements of the Corporation dated May 19, 2014, June 2, 2014 and June 9, 2014 (together, the "Announcements") in relation to the Revised Placement and Second Placements and the Proposed Debt Offering. Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcements.
The Corporation is pleased to announce that the subscribers to the Revised Placement and Second Placements have confirmed that the Funds, totalling approximately US$70 million, representing HK$544 Million of 640,000,000 Common Shares, currently held in escrow are to be released and issued to the Corporation immediately, while the Corporation continues to pursue its debt financing initiatives, including the Proposed Debt Offering.
