PERTH, AUSTRALIA, June 20, 2014 /CNW/ - Galaxy Resources Limited (ASX: GXY) is pleased to advise that all resolutions detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting were passed by the requisite majority on a show of hands at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 20 June 2014.
