Media Alert - Launch of LCBO's Deflate the Elephant Social Responsibility Holiday Campaign

WHAT:   Launch of LCBO's "Deflate the Elephant" social responsibility holiday campaign, encouraging Ontarians to plan ahead, get home safely and help prevent impaired driving.
  LCBO President & CEO Bob Peter and Kia Canada Inc. Vice President & COO Maria Soklis will introduce the new "Speak Up and Win" Facebook contest to celebrate responsible hosts and designated drivers. From December 1 until January 4, 2014, Ontarians have the chance to win the use of a new 2014 Kia Rondo for one year, by entering at
  MADD Canada CEO Andrew Murie will also speak at this event.
  "Deflate the Elephant" acknowledges that drinking and driving can often be the "elephant in the room" - an awkward topic to deal with at a party or get together. By encouraging people to speak up, we can help prevent impaired driving this holiday and year-round.
