"Contraband tobacco increases the tax burden on Canadians through lost tax revenues. Legitimate businesses suffer because they cannot compete with the low cost of illegal cigarettes" stated Sgt. Dave Watts of the Windsor Detachment.
The accused in the matter are scheduled to appear in Windsor Provincial court on December 9th, 2013.
