VANCOUVER, Sept. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - Cathay Pacific is welcoming applications for the 3rd iteration of the successful "I Can Fly" Toronto program inviting young Canadians with a true passion for aviation on a unique educational adventure. Interested Grade 11 or Grade 12 high school students may apply online at www.cathaypacific.ca/icanfly on or before 23 September, 2013.

The "I Can Fly" Toronto 2013 program will run from 16 October until 11 December, 2013 and give high school students a comprehensive and "behind-the-scenes" look at the aviation industry.

These real-world settings have shown to provide invaluable perspective for young students who are preparing to make choices in post-secondary education and their careers

The program runs weekly and operates after school hours out of Toronto Pearson International Airport, its vicinity or within downtown Toronto. For further details or to apply to the "I Can Fly" Toronto 2013 program, please visit www.cathaypacific.ca/icanfly.
