BMW Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) ranks Serpa BMW #1 in Toronto
Selection based on customer feedback in critical sales and service areas
NEWMARKET AND AURORA, ON, Aug. 27, 2013 /CNW/ - Serpa BMW won top honours as the #1 dealer in BMW Canada's Toronto-area Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), based on customer feedback in several criteria, including, sales, service, personal relationships and overall dealership experience.
The top ranking marks a rapid rise to the #1 CSI spot in the nearly 18 months since Frank Serpa acquired Newmarket's Open Road BMW and renamed it Serpa BMW and Serpa BMW Motorrad in April 2012.
