Multivision Announces Extension of Terms of Warrants

VANCOUVER, Feb. 22, 2013 /CNW/ - Multivision Communications Corp. ("MTV" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MTV) announces that it has extended the expiration date of a total of 6,850,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") that were issued in connection with two private placements of units which completed on April 11, 2011 and January 16, 2012.  Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.20 and was scheduled to expire between April 15, 2013 and January 16, 2014.  The expiration of the 6,850,000 Warrants has been extended to 4:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) on June 30, 2014.  All other terms of the Warrants shall remain the same.
