Corus Entertainment Expands its Digital Footprint in Partnership with NBCU on iVillage
TORONTO, Jan. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - Corus Entertainment announced today that the Company has entered into a partnership with NBCUniversal to operate iVillage Canada, and to represent Canadian advertising inventory on the iVillage network sites. The addition of iVillage to Corus' robust offerings of specialty channels, websites and research aimed at women bolsters Corus' leadership position in the delivery of content and advertising solutions to the coveted female demographic across multi-media platforms.
As an established online brand and destination, iVillage offers women a place to connect, share advice and engage in conversations on topics from parenting, health, entertainment, style, food, living and relationships. iVillage.ca will continue to offer audiences its successful original content, while integrating new material from Corus' other media properties such as W Network and CosmoTV into the site.
