MillenMin Ventures Inc. Announces Results of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Meeting of Board of Directors

TORONTO, Nov. 19, 2012 /CNW/ - MillenMin Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: MVM) (the "Corporation") held its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") on November 19, 2012. At the Meeting, the Corporation's Shareholders approved all the resolutions or matters with 100% of the voted shares in favour, including the election of directors, the continuation of the Corporation's Stock Option Plan and the appointment of MNP LLP as the auditors of the Corporation. The Corporation's board of directors for the next year is formed by five members, Shunyi Yao, John H. Paterson, Yunkai (Kent) Cai, Kenny Wan and Sheng (Sam) Wang.

Subsequent to the Meeting, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Corporation was conducted via telephone conference in Toronto, Ontario on November 19, 2012. The Board of Directors elected or appointed Shunyi Yao as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, and Yunkai (Kent) Cai as President and Secretary of the Corporation, Sheng (Sam) Wang as CFO of the Corporation for the ensuing year until their successors be elected or appointed. Yunkai (Kent) Cai, Kenny Wan and John H. Paterson were re-elected as members of the Corporation's Audit Committee.
