H2O Innovation announces election of Board of Directors

QUEBEC CITY, Nov. 15, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - (TSXV: HEO) - H₂O Innovation Inc. ("H₂O Innovation" or the "Company") held yesterday, on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at its headquarters in Quebec City, Canada.

Shareholders re-elected the following directors to the Company's Board of Directors: Philippe Gervais, Chairman of the Board, Frédéric Dugré, President and CEO, John G. Booth, André Duquenne, Laurence E. Gamst, Lisa Henthorne, Richard Hoel and Élaine C. Phénix. Among these eight directors, seven are external directors and six are independent.

During the meeting, shareholders also appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditor of the Company for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2013.
