Appointment of Three Directors with Industry Expertise to Support Company's Strategic Direction
CALGARY, Nov. 2, 2012 /CNW/ - (TSX: IDL) - Mr. T. T. Lee, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company"), is announcing the appointment of; Mr. Donald Brown, Mr. Earl Lande, and Mr. Murray Wigmore as Directors of the Board effective November 15, 2012.
"I am very pleased that IDC has been able to attract to its Board such a distinguished group of new directors with senior and relevant business and financial experience. I know I speak for my fellow current directors when I say that we see this as a very important step to allow us to effectively implement the new strategic direction for the Company," stated Mr. Lee.
IDC is pleased to introduce the following new Directors:
Mr. Donald Brown, C.A., C.F.P., has wide ranging experience in manufacturing, distribution, financial services, technology and various business services. A former partner of KPMG and predecessor partnerships, he is currently the Managing Director of Catalyst Strategies Inc.
Mr. Earl Lande is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of Roynat Capital Inc., a subsidiary of the Bank of Nova Scotia.
Mr. Murray Wigmore has more than 25 years of experience in progressive leadership, corporate, and operational positions in life / health sciences and IT most recently as a Vice President responsible for commercial operations in the Asia Pacific region for an international medical and scientific device company.
