SAINT-ROMUALD, QC, Nov. 1, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Honourable Steven Blaney, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Member of Parliament for Lévis-Bellechasse, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce an investment to help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Minister Blaney will be available for a photo op and to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
