PERTH, Australia, Nov. 1, 2012 /CNW/ - Azimuth Resources Limited (ASX and TSX: AZH) (the "Company" or "Azimuth") advises Mr Dominic O'Sullivan has tendered his resignation from the Company.

Dominic was the founder of Takatu Minerals Limited, a company acquired by Azimuth in January 2010, which holds the Guyanese gold projects on which Azimuth is now focused.

The Company understands that Mr O'Sullivan is resigning for personal reasons.

The Company notes that due to the above, Resolutions 3 and 7 in the Company's notice of Annual General Meeting in relation to the re-election and issue of options to Mr O'Sullivan will not be proposed at the meeting.
