Media Advisory - New report to be released on services preparing university students to be career-ready

What:    Minister Glen Murray, Minister of Training Colleges and Universities will join
Bonnie Patterson, President and CEO of the Council of Ontario Universities (COU)
and Sheldon Levy, President and Vice-Chancellor of Ryerson University for the
launch of a new COU report called #MyCareer: How Ontario university career
services prepare students for the future.

Contents:       The report provides a compendium of innovative services developed by
universities across the province, which are based on students' needs and the
important hard and soft skills that are in demand by employers. Examples found in
the report include one-on-one career guidance, online workshops and quizzes,
employer-student connection events, mock-interviews, work experience
opportunities and more.

Media opportunities will be available during and after the release of the report.
