Imaging Dynamics Company announces executive changes
CALGARY, Oct. 24, 2012 /CNW/ - (TSX: IDL) - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. (the "Company") announced today that Swapan Kakumanu, President and Chief Financial Officer and a director, has tendered his resignation as President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective November 10, 2012 to pursue other opportunities.

A search for a new CFO is currently under way. The Company's Corporate Secretary, Greg Peterson, has also resigned.
