Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity - TO2015 to hold official groundbreaking at Welland Pan Am Flatwater Centre

TORONTO, Oct. 23, 2012 /CNW/ -

What:	Construction will officially start at the Welland International Flatwater Centre when TO2015, joined by officials from the Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario and the City of Welland, officially break ground at the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am Games venue on Friday, October 26. At Games time, the venue will be known as the Welland Pan Am Flatwater Centre.
When:	Friday, October 26, 2012 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
Where:	Welland International Flatwater Centre - north course 16 Townline Tunnel Road (58A) at Canalbank Street Welland, Ontario
