OTTAWA, Oct. 10, 2012 /CNW/ - David Dodge, former Governor of the Bank of Canada and Chancellor of Queen's University, will deliver a lecture on "Strengthening the Canadian Economic Union in a Period of Fluctuating Resource Prices." Mr. Dodge will be available for media interviews after his talk.
