Ackroo Retains Equicom for Investor Relations Services
OTTAWA, Oct. 5, 2012 /CNW/ - Ackroo Inc. (TSX-V: AKR) (the "Company"), today announced that it has retained TMX Equicom ("Equicom") to provide strategic investor relations and financial communications services.
Under the terms of the agreement, the Company will pay Equicom a monthly retainer fee of $7,000 for investor relations services commencing immediately. The term is for twelve months and can be cancelled on 30-days notice.
Neither Equicom nor any of its principals have an ownership interest, directly or indirectly, in Ackroo or its securities, and Ackroo has not granted Equicom or its principals any right to acquire any such interests.
Equicom is a wholly-owned subsidiary of TMX Group Inc, and provides strategic communications services to approximately 100 public companies across a diverse range of industries from its offices in Toronto, Calgary and San Diego.
