Metro removes all XL FOODS beef products from its shelves
MONTREAL, Sept. 29, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - As part of the ongoing voluntary recall of XL Foods Inc. beef products, Metro is informing and reassuring its customers that it has removed all XL Foods Inc. beef products covered by the recall from its shelves. Moreover, as of September 29th, at the opening of our stores, there are no XL Foods Inc. beef products what so ever on our shelves. This measure applies to all Metro stores in Quebec and Ontario: Metro, Metro Plus, Super C, Marché Richelieu and Food Basics.
