Canada's largest single-day event in support of breast cancer research, education and awareness

TORONTO, Sept. 26, 2012 /CNW/ - On Sunday, September 30, more than 60,000 people across Ontario will participate in the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure.  The CIBC Run for the Cure unites Ontarians from Thunder Bay to Toronto, Windsor to Ottawa with one common goal - running or walking to help create a future without breast cancer.

WHO:	Women, men, families, friends, colleagues, neighbours, students, volunteers and sponsors who support the breast cancer cause to fill the streets.
WHEN:	Sunday, September 30, 2012 Toronto: Opening Ceremonies 9:15 a.m.; 5k 10:00am; 1k 10:15am; Awards Celebration 11:15 a.m.  For specific times at all other Run Sites, visit www.runforthecure.com.
WHAT:	Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure is Canada's largest single-day, community-driven fundraising event in support of breast cancer research, education and awareness.  Participants walk or run their choice of one or five kilometers.
WHERE:	22 communities across Ontario.  Toronto: University of Toronto, St George (downtown) Campus - King's College Circle. Note King's College Circle will be closed to vehicular traffic as of 7:30 a.m.  For specific locations at all other Run Sites, visit www.runforthecure.com.
