WHAT:   The announcement of the nominees for the 2012 Hilary Weston Writers'
Trust Prize for Nonfiction, the richest annual literary award for a book of
nonfiction published in Canada.
   
  NEW this year: The announcement of two additional jurors to join the
existing panel of three in deliberating the grand prize winner. Accomplished
and respected in their fields, these new jurors will no doubt add a unique
dimension to this year's prize.

WHY:   The unveiling of the nominees for the second annual Hilary Weston Writers'
Trust Prize for Nonfiction - Canada's richest annual literary award for a book
of nonfiction. The winner of the $60,000 prize will be announced at an
awards ceremony at Toronto's Koerner Hall in November.
