    How Innovation and Engagement Can Save Canada from Economic Decline
    Todd Hirsh, Senior Economist at ATB Financial, will present his findings from the report, The Boiling Frog Dilemma: Saving Canada from Economic Decline, a piece that encourages Canada to be more creative and take more risk in entrepreneurship to remain economically relevant.

    Panel Discussion—Integration of Multiple Generations and Workplace Harmony
    Moderator Ruth Wright, Director of Leadership and Human Resources Research at the Conference Board of Canada, will moderate a panel who will discuss how successful organizations have built effective engagement within their multi-generational workforce.
