MONTREAL, Sept. 19, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Fondation du Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) is publicly launching its capital fundraising campaign for the large teaching hospital, along with members of the Campaign Cabinet, on Tuesday, September 25, at 11 a.m. It is one of the largest fundraising campaigns to be undertaken in Canada's healthcare sector.

Attending this event will be the Campaign Chairman, Guy Savard, the Fondation's President and CEO, Ékram Antoine Rabbat, the Fondation's volunteer spokesperson, Yvon Deschamps, and the CHUM's Director General and CEO, Christian Paire. As well, there will be testimonials by three former and current CHUM patients: Brian Mulroney, Lucien Bouchard and Anne Robert.
