OTTAWA, Sept. 17, 2012 /CNW/ - The Honourable Leona Aglukkaq, Minister of Health, will participate in a press conference with Jordan Banks, Managing Director for Facebook Canada and Hélène Campbell, double-lung  transplant recipient to launch a new Facebook organ donation initiative in Canada.
