Media Advisory - Veterans Affairs Minister Steven Blaney to Rededicate Memorial in Mountain, Ontario

MOUNTAIN, ON, Sept. 14, 2012 /CNW/ - The Honourable Steven Blaney, Minister of Veterans Affairs, and Guy Lauzon, Member of Parliament for Stormont-Dundas-South Glengarry, will attend a rededication ceremony for the newly restored Battle of Hill 70 Memorial located in Mountain Memorial Park. This monument commemorates those who lost their lives fighting in the Battle of Hill 70 during the First World War. Minister Blaney will speak at the rededication ceremony, lay a wreath and attend the reception.
