Sales of Rosa Nova condos exceed all expectations
Half of the units sold before ground-breaking
LAVAL, QC, Sept. 12, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Investissements Mattawa, a Québec-based company, has recently broken ground for Phase I of its Rosa Nova luxury condominiums project, an elegant 10-story building located on a breathtaking natural site in Fabreville. Phase 1 of the Rosa Nova project will contain 64 units and has already sold nearly half of its total units at prices ranging from $250,000 to $800,000. The work is slated for completion in October 2013.
The Rosa Nova project was designed to blend seamlessly with its surrounding community. The entire project, once completed, will comprise two 10-story buildings and a generous indoor parking space for owners so as to not overload local streets. These initiatives will leave room for the natural landscape surrounding the project to thrive, preserving the tranquility of the environment to the benefit of the owners.
One of the main features of Rosa Nova is its location, alongside Club de golf Ste-Rose and steps away from the Mille-Îles River. The architecture, which features generous amounts of glass and sprawling balconies, offers an exceptional view of all the greenery while upholding the privacy of residents. The site also stands out for its easy access to major highways and for the proximity of a bicycle path.
"We chose modern architecture with open spaces and oversized windows to offer the best possible view of the natural setting for this unique high-end project," explained Investissements Mattawa partner, Joe Valentino. "The public is drawn to the quality of the design and the excellent location as we are fortunate to be located on a golf course. Pre-sales, which started one year ago, have exceeded all expectations and demonstrate that the condo market continues to flourish in Laval."
Condominium units have between one and three bedrooms, with surface areas ranging from 850 to 1,637 square feet. The project also features penthouses in excess of 2,000 square feet. The contemporary open-plan architecture, along with nine and fifteen-foot ceilings, give a spacious impression while optimizing the use of natural light. Superior soundproofing guarantees peace and privacy for residents.
The interior layout, which is offered in a selection of six different finishing packages, is luxurious and efficient. Attention to detail is meticulous. The floors are made from exotic natural wood and the tiles are porcelain. The doors, baseboards and woodwork are all detailed. The modular kitchen features wooden cabinetry and quartz countertops. The bathroom accessories include frameless glass showers and high-end fixtures.
Phase II will include another 10-story building with the same quality and reputation for which Rosa Nova stands for.
