Sales of Rosa Nova condos exceed all expectations

Half of the units sold before ground-breaking

LAVAL, QC, Sept. 12, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Investissements Mattawa, a Québec-based company, has recently broken ground for Phase I of its Rosa Nova luxury condominiums project, an elegant 10-story building located on a breathtaking natural site in Fabreville. Phase 1 of the Rosa Nova project will contain 64 units and has already sold nearly half of its total units at prices ranging from $250,000 to $800,000. The work is slated for completion in October 2013.

The Rosa Nova project was designed to blend seamlessly with its surrounding community. The entire project, once completed, will comprise two 10-story buildings and a generous indoor parking space for owners so as to not overload local streets.
