Liberty Mines Announces Issuance of Share Options
TORONTO, Aug. 29, 2012 /CNW/ - Liberty Mines Inc. (TSX: LBE) ("Liberty" or the "Company") today announced that it has granted options to acquire up to 7,975,000 common shares at a price of $0.06 per share for a period of five years effective August 28, 2012 to six executive officers, six directors and key employees of the Company. The options are granted in accordance with Liberty's stock option plan, which was previously approved by shareholders.
