Media Advisory - Harper Government Will Make an Announcement About Culture and Official Languages in New Brunswick

OTTAWA, Aug. 29, 2012 /CNW/ - On behalf of the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, the Honourable Bernard Valcourt, Associate Minister of National Defence, Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) (La Francophonie), and Member of Parliament (Madawaska-Restigouche), will announce support for projects that will boost the economy and cultural vitality of New Brunswick on Thursday.

Minister Valcourt will also be available to comment on the consultations on the next phase of the Government's Roadmap for Canada's Linguistic Duality.
