What: Police officers and fire fighters from across Southern Ontario will be training over 100 soon to-be patroller captains during CAA South Central Ontario's annual leadership camp. It's all part of CAA's School Safety Patrol program which has been around for over 80 years.
   
When:
Wednesday July 18, 2012
   
  11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.:
CAA School Safety Patrollers learn bus safety, first aid skills and how to properly use a fire extinguisher.
   


1 p.m. - 2 p.m.:
Barrie Tactical Unit
A presentation by Barrie police officers includes the K-9 Unit and weapons/gear demonstration.
