ACCESS Fall Preview 2004

Hits and help top the bill this fall on ACCESS. Renewing its commitment to delivering exceptional entertaining, informative and educational programs to all Albertans, ACCESS will deliver a fresh crop of hit movies and broadcast new episodes of its popular prime-time series and its one-of-a-kind flagship programs.
“We have an exciting season ahead with a sensational lineup of Movies Worth Watching and the latest episodes of the popular culture favourites Smallville and Monk,” says Director of Programming Jill Bonenfant. “Add in the hit quiz shows, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and Family Feud, and new seasons of our original productions, HELP!tv and CareersTV, and ACCESS has programming to entertain and educate viewers of all ages.”
Movies do more than entertain – they hold up a mirror to our lives, translate the great themes of human history into contemporary terms, reflect and comment on our culture. Movies Worth Watching presents a stellar slate of major motion pictures, enlivened by insightful commentary from professors from Athabasca University, Red Deer College and Mount Royal College.
